And yes, I agree … Wanderlust is stunning.  All of Carson McCuller’s songs were gorgeous.

Highlights from February House

“Wanderlust” is a really beautiful song.

This is supposedly getting a cast album at some point. I hope that comes to pass, because the score really is beautiful. The highlights don’t do it justice.

I saw Gabriel Kahane’s FEBRUARY HOUSE at the Public Theater last night.  My biggest complaint is the show should have been a 90 minute one act.  But the score had so much gorgeousness in it.  A treat for those of us who like musicals with a little more musical heft in them.  

I’ve been playing his last album on Spotify a bit and I quite love this song.
